Hi-sen’s Pizzarium è stato fondato il 2 giugno 2025, esattamente il giorno della Festa Nazionale Italiana dal giovane pizzaiolo Hisen Tairi.
Da Hi-sen’s Pizzarium è possibile trovare l’autentica pizza romana, realizzata con impasto ad alta idratazione e lunga lievitazione (48-72 ore).
Il menù include più di 25 pizze diverse, tra cui proposte vegane e vegetariane, ma anche topping classici e opzioni gourmet.
Il locale si trova nel centro di Tetovo, nella Macedonia del Nord.
Hi-sen’s Pizzarium was founded on 2nd June, 2025, exactly on Italian National Day, by the young pizza maker Hisen Tairi.
At Hi-sen’s Pizzarium, you can find authentic Roman-style pizza, made with high hydration dough and long fermentation (48-72 hours). The menu includes more than 25 different pizzas, including vegan and vegetarian options, as well as classic toppings and gourmet options.
The restaurant is in the city center of Tetovo, North Macedonia.
