DUE famiglie, UNA passione
Nel 1977 Rocco Lauro e Marcello Ortuso accendono il primo fuoco Alfa. Due cugini, un forno costruito a mano e una visione chiara: rendere la cottura alla fiamma accessibile a chiunque ami cucinare e stare insieme. Da quel primo forno nasce un percorso fatto di ricerca, sperimentazione e rispetto per la tradizione. Un percorso che, nel tempo, ha trasformato un sogno artigianale in un’azienda riconosciuta a livello internazionale, senza mai perdere il legame con le proprie radici e con i valori da cui tutto è iniziato. Oggi, quello stesso spirito guida ancora ogni scelta: innovare senza mai dimenticare le proprie origini.

TWO families, ONE passion
In 1977, Rocco Lauro and Marcello Ortuso lit Alfa’s first fire. Two cousins, a handmade oven, and a clear vision: to make flame cooking accessible to anyone who loves to cook and be together. From that first oven began a journey of research, experimentation, and respect for tradition. A journey that, over time, transformed an artisanal dream into an internationally recognized company – without ever losing touch with its roots and the values on which it was founded. Today, that same spirit continues to guide every decision: to innovate while never forgetting where it all began.

Born to bake pizza without compromise
The professional electric pizza ovens of the Zeno Series reach temperatures of up to 500°C in just 1 hour and 30 minutes, enabling pizzaiolos to deliver a wide range of pizzas with flawless results.
Whether it’s classic Neapolitan, Roman, pizza al metro, contemporary, American, or gourmet style, every pizza is baked to perfection.
The technical features of this Series are designed to achieve excellence, combining outstanding performance with minimal energy consumption.
The special high-density refractory bricks retain heat inside the baking chamber better than any other material on the market, while the heating elements distributed across both the top and the deck allow for precise, modular control.
High energy efficiency is further ensured by triple insulation and an insulated removable door.
Independent top and bottom temperature control, along with the ability to use different customizable baking programs, makes the Zeno Series ovens exceptionally versatile and functional.
